1. Authorization for Tax Preparation Services

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Rodney Global Resources ("the Company") to prepare and file my tax return(s) for the applicable tax year(s). I understand that the Company has contracted with Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. ("Third-Party Preparer") located in Florida to perform the actual preparation of my tax return(s). By signing this consent, I acknowledge and agree that my tax return will be prepared by a third-party company.

2. Acknowledgment of Third-Party Preparation

I understand that while Rodney Global Resources will facilitate the collection of my tax documents and communicate with me regarding my tax return, the actual preparation of my return will be completed by Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. I authorize the sharing of my tax-related information with this third-party company solely for the purpose of preparing my tax return.

3. Accuracy of Information

I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing accurate and complete tax-related documents and information to Rodney Global Resources. I understand that any discrepancies, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information I provide may impact the accuracy of my tax return. Neither Rodney Global Resources nor Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. will be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by me.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

I understand that Rodney Global Resources and Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. do not guarantee any particular tax refund amount, deduction, or credit beyond what is legally provided for by the IRS and applicable tax laws. The final determination of my tax return results will be made by the IRS and/or state tax agencies.

5. Responsibilities of All Parties

• Client Responsibilities: I agree to provide all necessary tax-related documents in a timely manner and to respond promptly to any inquiries regarding my tax return.

• Rodney Global Resources' Responsibilities: Rodney Global Resources will collect my information, review the prepared return for accuracy, and facilitate communication between me and Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc.

• Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc.'s Responsibilities: Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. is responsible for accurately preparing my tax return based on the information provided and ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws.

  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

I understand that Rodney Global Resources and Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. will exercise due diligence in preparing my tax return. However, I agree to hold both parties harmless from any penalties, interest, audits, or other consequences resulting from errors or omissions on my part. Any fees associated with audits or amendments will be my sole responsibility.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

I understand that my tax-related information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. for the purpose of preparing my tax return. Both Rodney Global Resources and Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. will take reasonable measures to protect my personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Payment & Fees

I agree to pay all applicable fees for tax preparation services as outlined by Rodney Global Resources. I understand that payment is due before the submission of my tax return unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Client Consent & Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this consent form. I authorize Rodney Global Resources and Naboya Enterprise Group, Inc. to proceed with the preparation of my tax return based on the information I provide.
